1. Scope and who we are
This policy describes how Santiva Tech LLC, doing business as Santiva (referred to as "Santiva," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and protects information through the website at santiva.ai.
This policy covers the public website only. It does not cover the AI agent clusters Santiva deploys at client sites — those are governed by separate written agreements between Santiva and each client.
2. What we collect
The only personal information we collect through this website is what you voluntarily provide through the contact form. Specifically:
- Your name
- Your email address
- A subject line
- The content of your message
We also receive standard server-side information from our hosting provider, such as the date and time of your visit and basic technical details about your browser. We do not store this information ourselves and we do not use it to identify or track individual visitors.
3. Why we collect it
We use the information you submit through the contact form for one purpose only: to respond to your inquiry. We do not add you to a marketing list, we do not enroll you in newsletters, and we do not use your information for advertising.
4. How long we keep it
We retain contact-form submissions for up to one year after the inquiry is resolved, then delete them. If you ask us to delete your information sooner, we will (see Your rights).
5. Third-party service providers
To run this website and process contact-form submissions, we use a small number of trusted service providers. Each one processes your information only as needed to deliver their service to us:
- Netlify — hosts the website and processes contact-form submissions. Form data is stored on Netlify's infrastructure and forwarded to us by email.
- Squarespace — manages the santiva.ai domain and forwards email sent to our address to our internal mailbox.
- Google (Gmail) — receives forwarded email at the founder's internal mailbox.
Each of these providers has its own privacy policy. We do not control how they handle data once it is in their systems, but we have selected providers we believe maintain reasonable security and privacy standards.
6. Cookies and tracking
This website does not use any analytics or tracking cookies. Netlify, our hosting provider, may set a small number of functional cookies that are required for the site to operate (for example, basic load-balancing or security cookies). These cookies do not track you across other websites.
If we ever add analytics in the future, we will update this policy and disclose what we are using before we use it.
7. Sharing and selling
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers, data brokers, or marketing partners.
We will disclose information only if required by law (for example, in response to a valid subpoena or court order), or if necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Santiva, our clients, or others.
8. Mobile information and SMS
If you provide a mobile phone number or opt in to receive text messages (SMS) from Santiva, your mobile information will never be shared with or sold to third parties or lead generators for marketing or promotional purposes.
Phone numbers and SMS consent are used solely to communicate with you about the service you requested or agreed to. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP; reply HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply.
9. Your rights
You may, at any time and at no cost:
- Request a copy of any personal information we hold about you.
- Request a correction to that information.
- Request deletion of that information.
- Withdraw consent for us to process your information.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at Anthony.Toma@Santiva.ai. We will respond within a reasonable time, typically within 30 days.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law (for example, under the California Consumer Privacy Act or the EU General Data Protection Regulation). We will honor those rights to the extent they apply to you.
10. Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, please contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective" date at the top of the page. Material changes will also be noted in plain language at the top of the policy for a reasonable period.
12. How to contact us
For privacy questions, data requests, or anything else covered by this policy, email Anthony.Toma@Santiva.ai.
